the location was deplorable, i was nervous checking in with the kids, then the parkade doors are stupid and hard to get out safely, thank goodness we didn’t

the communication for the room service was not very good. the breakfast i had was only ok.

the room across from us had a dirty room service tray outside their door on the floor during the whole time we were there

hot tub / pool are plastic and not tile so easy to use for adults and child with the stairs and bar very close for support
