unfortunately our room was under the laundry room and our room vibrated on every spin cycle
very clean, updated rooms and throughout hotel. great breakfast.
breakfast was more than satisfactory and the happy hour was the perfect way to finalize the day
that the unit had a kitchen and a separate eating area and that the staff were very accommodating

that the pool closed at 10 and not 11 or midnight
love the location close to normandale lake and having the free laundry facilities was really great
breakfast was fast and easy for early travel, i really enjoyed the stay!

the kids running around. the overnight staff was unfriendly
breakfast needs more staff, had to wait forever for plates to be restocked, line was 45 min

every morning, pool for the kids, welcoming to our dog, and front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable
was expecting a hot tub and there was not one. pool was warm at least.
friendly front desk. i love the pool! nice clean and quiet large room . the breakfast was good .
the dishes were still in the dishwasher (maybe that is how they do it), but also the kitchen floor was pretty dirty
kitchenette. location, can walk to restaurants and grocery store.

really bummed to see the bar and restaurant were closed
the gym was ok, but i think i had thought i booked a hotel with a pool
hotel bar was run by a very nice young woman
for the price, but college-age age kids seem to go here to party

two-room layout gave me and my son privacy. public areas were clean, breakfast was very good.

there’s a laundry facility & gym but i didn’t use those on this occasion
the rooms very clean and spacious, bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equiped.
the gym is not open and the pots and pans are so cheap hard to cook with

lied about a fitness center
staff was great to accommodate an early check in during a busy period
kids partying all night in surrounding rooms
the breakfast scrambled eggs could have been a little better.
i also stated that we loved their fitness room policy and that it was actually open
