we thought the room service meal was wonderful - vegetables beautifully cooked and the main dish excellently

hotel would benefit from a sign and or a bell on the bar in the lounge to call staff when unattended, other than that the hotel was great

wifi reception was poor in the room i stayed in 55..

shower stall/bathroom was tiny and but it’s an older hotel and the fact that our kids had their own space made up for it

great because we had space for my husband and i with our two kids (14 & 9) and it was perfect for our dogs

great staff, excellent food, quiet location, easy parking. fantastic value for money.

highlight of each visit is meeting up with the really excellent sharon on reception, breakfast, kitchen and entertainment departments
