we didn't expect a full kitchen & were pleasantly surprised

for the property and had no issues with my room or the ammenities, all front desk workers and kitchen workers were friendly and accommodating
when the washer got started by the kids before getting our laundry in, the gal at the front desk gave us the quarters we needed to

i liked that it was close to community and shopping. had a bar on site and was very convenient.

we arrived at 11pm after a long flight with two minor kids, they told us that our booked and confirmed room is not available
the bar and grill across the street was delicious and reasonably priced
breakfast, clean room, accomodating staff
my kids were very disappointed
i arrived to my early check in they didn't have a room ready

the pool has been warmer in the past, but was not warm this time
the room was clean and very very nice. full kitchen, washer dryer, walk in closet!

whole foods downstairs and the big kitchen are a bonus

gym was next door and hours weren't consistent- but really not a problem overall-
cruise bar in the hotel has the most talented bartender ever — charlotte truly has a passion for
