i chose this hotel because of shuttle service, microwave & fridge in room and laundry in common area

desk attendant kept going outside or talked on his phone the front desk didn’t have change for laundry

5 and the room was fabulous, huge space with a couch, recliner, big tv, table with chairs, mini kitchen had fridge/freezer long counter with a sink

breakfast was great, as well as, staff. love the on - site gym.

were people outside in the pool/fire area at 4 am who were loud and obnoxious

i had to go to the kitchen and get ice, which looked unclean

clean and free breakfast even though grab and go, it was nice to have the option .

however, there were a few things to note: we were surprised by an unexpected $75 non-refundable pet fee at check-in

rooms were not insulated well, i could hear kids play fighting and dogs barking.

the convenience of the laundry room and gym were an added bonus

the convenience of kitchen appliances and items were definitely used and needed for the stay

really enjoyed having a full kitchen stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge

everything was beneficial to us like the kitchen, tv's in both the bedroom and living room

the staff was so nice and helpful. the shuttle driver was amazing.

front desk ladies were nice they help us with the shuttle and keeping the car while we were on a cruise and came and picked us up

room was nice and big, had a sliding glass door to outside and my room happen to be by the pool so that was nice

they have a list of great restaurant in area and will shuttle you there and pick you up after dinner
