was super friendly, shuttle to town, happy hour, and my kids loved the s’mores bar and other kid friendly things
fishing pier, food , and pool close to downtown and a vocal and friendly staff
the breakfast was excellent
nice and quiet plus hourly shuttles to canal park to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife plus this is where all the boats come

breakfast included, we went to texas roadhouse for supper which was right across the parking lot
