wifi didn t work at all in the back building, where my room was

excellent breakfast and very convenient location. very clean and comfortable room

there is alternative parking

to the size of my car i was not able to use the hotel car parking facilities but they were available

comment on the breakfast as i missed out on it

situated for our journey, friendly host, nicely kept garden, super lounge and excellent wifi

i spoke with the lovely lady a few days before about an early check in and she went above and beyond to make it happen for me

to locate, plenty of parking, very helpful and friendly owners/staff, peaceful garden, spacious bedroom and a super

was easy to access, on site parking

the wifi is good, although patchy due to the ancient 15th century walls

bar area, room was nice, clean and spacious

breakfast was excellent with great choices, good bar area and superbly decorated throughout, next time we’re in ponty this is where we’ll stay

stairs a struggle if infirm .. lift was a tad slow wine in bar was beyond disgusting ...

we liked everything about this hotel , staff, room , bar all was top rate .

the bar / restaurant on the ground floor is very striking, attractive and welcoming and the staff

quiet even tho there is a bar downstairs not once did we hear it

i ate in the inn on the saturday night and had breakfast on the sunday morning

the breakfast was superb, good choice of food and very tasty

in the restaurant in the evening which offered a really interesting restaurant menu as well as a bar menu offering more classic options

restaurant was good with plenty of choice staff friendly, efficient and attentive excellent breakfast

was a bit odd though that we were told that staff were not allowed to share the wifi password with guests

fire in bar was a disappointment

location and i was able to order room service which is not always the case in hotels these

we couldnt connect to the wifi
