staff and pool

my only complaint was a guest leaving their laundry in the washer for a long time

the room, the bed, the shower, the staff, breakfast

spacious, sparkling clean room. pleasant staff. great breakfast

cleanliness of rooms and hotel, easy parking, very comfortable bed, large spacious rooms with kitchen, walk in shower,and beautiful lobby area

breakfast was okay, but the indoor pool was awesome especially for the winter weather

just outside of downtown but for that you get very large suites and there's a 24 hour free shuttle service to any location within 5 miles and they pickup / dropoff on demand, just call

just off the freeway (access could not be easier), parking is free, and there is a 24/7 free shuttle bus available on demand for guests who wish to pop in to burlington for the day

enjoy the place and what we adore was the 24h free shuttle service

breakfast had many choices traveling to the hospital was easy about 1.5 miles

staff was great, lobby and amenities (pool and gym) were luxurious

good laundry room

i loved the pool, gym and jacuzzi

dinners were just ok. salad bar was good

i would recommend an onsite laundry option

access to the pool and training equipment was great

facilities- great kitchen and spacious bathroom

staff at reception and in the breakfast room were excellent

breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to have a good meal

adequate fitness room

loved the breakfast

dinner was excellent and breakfast great too

nothing comes to mind. maybe nutrition info labels on breakfast buffet items

setting in front of the lake, with bar and good restaurant conveniently on site

our kids loved going in the lake
