24 hr. pool and hot tub

the sauna door did not close properly, and the gym is a bit small

breakfast was good and seating was available

the grab-and-go breakfast provided a variety of options which we appreciated

hotel was not sold out yet they gave us a room next to the laundry/vending machines where we heard noise the entire night

needs heavier weights in the fitness center

nothing we dislike, only wish the privacy walls were a bit taller or completely closed off so kids couldn’t peak their heads over

super kid friendly and the private hot tube was out kids favorite

there are lots of communal lounge areas, games room and the hot tub and pool are just perfect

the pool was actually heated to a very comfortable temperature

have a rooftop pool bar that blasts music from 2-6p along with pendry s party on the plaza that also blasts

the staff is always amazing. the view and pools are delightful.

the property was clean, well appointed, and our suite had two bathrooms, and a large kitchen

kitchen had everything we needed and more

full kitchen in the room, it is an entire apartment

had to download an app and upload funds to the app to use the laundry machines.

good value and with close shuttle service to gondola. nice amenities

left about 30 guests stranded at snow park lodge while every other resort sent more than enough shuttles to safely bring back its guests

speaking of delicious, the serenity suite i booked for our couples treatment at the spa was thoroughly relaxing and fantastic

the reservations specialist did not inform me that right now we would have to take a 10 minute shuttle to another resort to ski

the staff, the spa and facilities is tremendous

had a trailer and was offered several choices on where to park

great location (20min drive to park city), rooms were really nice and clean, and they also have a pool (closed in the winter) and hot tub

most important, our granddaughter loves their swimming pool

room was so cute and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the pool was heated and you could tell it has been cleaned and well taken care of
