breakfast was available at stated time that was hot, tasty and laid out well

the fitness room was so hot i couldn't exercise in it

there was ample free parking, a pool and fitness room (that we didn’t use), and a working ice machine

kids running up/down hallway knocking and running away

went to use the pool and there were kids all over (cool) but no respect for others trying to use the

staff, spacious and clean room, free breakfast, short walk to a mall, coin laundry and kitchen facilities in room

on-site laundry facility and reasonable charges were definitely a plus for guests with a longer stay

then there was another incident where someone complained about some kids being loud in the middle of the night

went for the pool and the jacuzzi in room. very quiet, friendly staff, exceptionally clean.

we got the room with the spa tub and it was also very clean and comfortable

entire stay, the pool and spa area was closed down for maintenance

my jacket was left in pool area and i reported it missing, however it was not returned to me.

our room was a king suite, with pullout sofa area and kitchen

breakfast was exceptional

there was a gym, laundry room and indoor pool

loved the facilities offered the spacious laundry room large exercise room we used the master suite plenty of room they offered free coffee

also, a nice gym to actually be able to get a workout in

room was huge, whole kitchen, so many appliances, pool was great, clean and amazing staff!
