kids enjoyed the pool

we had a huge room with space for the kids to play

the location of our suite and the breakfast was great happy hour always a plus.

the bar/drinks was amazing

had 2 little kids and were able to put them in the

room was hot and didn t offer room service or clean room during our stay

biggest complaint was the pool was only 4 feet deep

room was so spacious and kitchen well equipped

there was no breakfast, just a bag with some yogurt, juice, fruit cup and a pastry

we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in spotless surroundings, a pool which we didn’t have a chance to avail of

the shuttle driver was super cool in offering local recommendations for dining and attractions and

swimming pool could also use a good cleaning bugs and trash in it

i didn't partake in breakfast but i did like the fact that it was available.

they had an employee not show up to cook breakfast one morning and they moved people around to make it work

we love the option of a fully functioning kitchen, private bathroom and sitting area

have pictures i asked front desk what can they do bout this and she lied and told me she'll send room service there to clean or give me a call and she'll move me i didn't get no call nor did a

ask for room service 3 times never got it!

they also have a whole kitchen, frig, and oven which is awesome

room service only came once and didn't do a good job

the kitchen faucet came on and stayed in all night. could not turn it off. it was a nuisance.

interesting and well-appointed space divided into 4 areas - living/dining area; bedroom; galley kitchen; and bathroom

clean - comfy bed, great shower, tvs in bedroom and living room, excellent bathroom, great kitchen facilities, including a washer/dryer combo that was handy

had everything in one location kitchen living area and bedroom

i liked that it had everything you would need even though we didn't need a full kitchen

super friendly, complimentary water every day, size of the suites, the gym and pool, location just off king

that there was a laundry facility

breakfast wasn’t the best but coffe was amazing plus a kitchen in our room made up for it

in the room were excellent, breakfast was included, hot coffee available all day, guest laundry available if required

coffee was delicious and the bar has several local brewery options

clean, comfy, convenient, friendly staff, pool, rooms are amazing!!!

the protein options at breakfast need to be addressed.

breakfast was bad and the free wing where gooey. win was good and waffles where tasty.

there was plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, measuring cups, measuring spoons, utensils, kitchen tools, a skillet, a small pan and a big pan to make spaghetti

rats around the pool’s bushes were a bit uncomfortable for a woman, but mainly would only hear them later at

renovation in progress was very inconvenient considering the price. room service was terrible

access from north charleston airport to property via short taxi ride, restaurant/rooftop bar on site, free shuttle service to downtown charleston, friendly and courteous staff, beautiful

the rooms, both the bar and dining room were very loud, (including the voices of the staff) the choices in food, for

wine and cheese and morning breakfast were both quite nice

breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty

the maintenance, kitchen, bar and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming

and to join the hilton club, and they seem to be around every time we were in the hotel, eating breakfast or having cocktails

in charleston (location is society & king st) courtyard with water fountain is so peaceful the bar and restaurant were also beautiful and it was just a great vibe

we staying in the 2 berm apt and absolutely loved the patio and the kitchen

had a suite with a loft bedroom, separate living room and full kitchen

the pool was fun and the restaurant really good

their rooftop restaurant/bar and pool just add to the appeal and level of relaxation

we spent a couple days enjoying the rooftop pool and also made our way to the hotel bar for a few drinks
