we tried to get into the spa but it was booked and we tried to walk to the grounds but there was lawn maintenance going on

the spa personnel were definitely not up to par with a spa experience that charges the same prices i

the bar stock was also limited as were the mixology skills of the bartender so you may not be able to

hot food on the buffet bar was cold; however, the staff readily remedied the situation

negative for me was the pool didn't open till 9 and i like to do that as my exercise, so that made me sad

the maintenance/shuttle driver was very friendly and his pride in his work really showed

i’m thankful that there was a laundry room that didn’t require quarters, so laundry was easy
