the pool area was very relaxing with the view of the rural area and hills around us

also inside the house everything we needed - kitchen, beautiful fireplace, everything clean and cozy

the lighting in the sitting room/kitchen could have been better

it was very clean, had a good sized well equipped kitchen, separate double bedroom and bathroom, plus an undercover veranda we had every meal on

the breakfast was delicious, and i cannot think of a better place to stay in amarante

from the bar overlooking the river to the food in the restaurant everything was brilliant
