when i went to get a bottle of water from the lobby there was a gaggle of kids in the gym and kids just riding elevators for fun

yes the room service food could of been better and answer the phone more for more requests.

hotel was clean, and pretty accommodating, there were amenities missing from my room-coffee cups, room service menu, tv use guide, etc
