jets didn’t work, overpriced, unfriendly staff, forced to go to reception to be let into pool area, didn’t get the king bed suite i pre-paid for, no room service even after requested
great hot breakfast too
the only was i thought they would of had more choices for the breakfast but other than that i really enjoyed my stay
i've been to many hotels with breakfast, but i felt this one was subpar

are local to the area and just wanted a quick getaway so the kids can swim in the pool
the golf course is amazing
wide open and beautiful. the rooms were nice and th restaurant and room service was good.
they have a magnificent golf course if you are a golf fan
we would have loved an outside pool.

the breakfast is substantial and the staff is helpful

fantastic breakfast, good sized suites and the location was convenient for visiting our family.

the shower and the fact you have a kitchen
great tvs and bed n kitchen.
husband and i were thankful for the breakfast because we did not have to cook for one of our mornings stays

staff at check in tried to over charge me and some of them wasn't as friendly as others and the pool area was over crowded and
would be nice to have a sink in the kitchen area.

the waterfall in the pool area wasn't on during the day.
everything just couldn’t use the fitness and pool :( due to the pandemic covid-19
always love the omelette bar for breakfast, the staff are nice and helpful, and rooms are always good

pool water temp was a bit low, even heard the kids in there using it complaining about it
i liked having a kitchen. very welcoming staff and the breakfast was great.
would have loved more vegan breakfast options, bagels and bananas with peanut butter were ok.
great family friendly touches, having cookies at night our kids loved, and even a goodie bag on our way out for them
comfy and modern room and kitchenette breakfast was good
