there were people with kids on our flirt and they were very noisy

the complimentary breakfast and happy hour food is amazing

laundry machines not working so caused a backlog .up till midnight to get washing dried.

main problem was with the wifi, very very very slow internet. takes forever to connect

it is close to toronto pearson airport and has a pool/spa to relax in.

kids loved the pool and the basketball court and used both during our time here

have the breakfast but the hotel was great, customer service was awesome, location was in a area next to

only downside was the construction (lobby area mainly) and the pool was under construction but overall, it was one of the nicest rooms i've stayed in recently

guest laundry, even though the washing machine only had one choice of cycles and water temperature

i had a room near the laundry room it was supposed to close at 9pm but laundry machine was still running at 11pm

the pool room was very humid (way more than many other hotel pools we have used), and our kids

restaurant is not really a restaurant, just a bar that serves a very limited menu of poor food.

i never knew were the gym was located
