liked that we had a full kitchen to cook our own food during the covid-19 pandemic

the kids kept joking about how rich they must be to stay in a hotel this nice lol

since it was past midnight and my kids had just fallen asleep, i didn't request another room that night

we could hear the neighbor and their kids playing and talking when we were trying to get some sleep

of the rooms we got smelled like cigarette smoke and the kids clothes reeked of it when we left in the morning

breakfast was included in the room price and was excellent as was free shuttle to the airport

they charged me extra for early check in.

passing through san francisco and we got caught by it - when i called the hotel hoping for an early check in the lady that was working in the reception was very accommodating - what totally

neigbourhood a bit run down, especially if travelling with kids.

and the beds kept sliding off of the frames, the bathroom door knob wouldn't work properly and my kids kept getting stuck in the bathroom

i wanted free parking and breakfast (even continental) and city center inn & suites had all 4 and the hotel was very clean

breakfast was not sufficient (more like snacks).

location was very good and breakfast need a little improvement

consistently excellent hospitality and i love the green marble lobby and breakfast bar area.

breakfast is very ample, although fresh fruit salad would be a lovely addition

also, we did not like that we could not use the pool in the afternoons due to the swim classes going on

hotel because it had free airport shuttles every half hour to and from sfo, my son wanted to a gym, and it was close to sfo
