fitness room is newer
in the morning i asked about location of the fitness room and the help there was also minimal
we were allowed early check in.
helpful staff. family run place with pride in details. good breakfast.

we used the laundry facility and that was also easy to use and kept clean

it was very clean, smelled nice, had great breakfast, not too costly and the staff were nice.
the breakfast was much better than the typical included breakfast at other hotels

the little in-room kitchen was convenient
everything about the hotel exceeded our exceptions, the rooms and kitchen were spotless and very well equipped
loved the beautiful courtyard and 4th floor patio loved the size and amenities in the room/ whole kitchen
as a hotel- this should be made clearer room is very cluttered as trying to for a full kitchen at the end of the bed

pool, could of used better supervision
front desk service was not so great, and i could never reach room service for meals during the day

the room was so cozy and the full kitchen was a nice perk
the space was very clean and spacious with a pretty view to the rooftop pool
the pool is very small but the pool area is very nice.
noisy - could hear neighbors (kids) late into night and early in morning. walls thin.
we had three-bedroom and came with our four kids and two small dogs, and had plenty of space

clean, new, friendly-responsive staff. great indoor pool and gym.
the bed was super comfortable and the blackout curtains helped us and our kids sleep in

some of the cupboards in the kitchen area wouldn’t close

the omelet bar was phenomenal. in fast, the location and my entire stay was excellent!
there is a free shuttle to broadway and 7th that i used often
hear some base from the bar behind the hotel but it was tolerable and didn’t interfere with sleep

there were plenty of options for kids, and healthier options for us that try to do a bit better
room backed onto the pool and we found that they played music quite loudly all night - even though the hotel quiet hours
