comfortable bed, everything was very clean, excellent shower, layout, kitchen, ceiling fan above bed, delicious breakfast with many options
could do with a 30 minute extension on the breakfast time
pool and pool area wasn't very clean.

free breakfast is great free suppers even better the pool and the laundry all wonderful and working the water's nice and warm

room service wasn t regular and had to be booked

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i thought there literally was a
location, parking and unit were all great for visiting kitchener comfortably.
there are no signs that the laundry room is in a huge building
he was able to get me an early check in and assisted me with the check in process
great communication from the laundry room management
