were on a big road trip from the north of france to the south of spain, driving in a car with a roof box, so i couldn't deal with anywhere with an underground car
it is a perfect place to stop off on my way from north of france to south of spain
clean, welcoming, good stop after leaving caen. good breakfast and a nice spa to rejuvenate.

impeccable spa with jacuzzi and swimming pool. the breakfast had a lot of homemade items.

we enjoyed the beautiful heated pool and hot tub
property, with a small beautiful pool
room service menu was a bit small but the hotel team was very accommodating to our wishes
the breakfast was quite good
it would great to have a kids menu option but i have been told its coming soon

it would be nice to have a small bar service in the super central room to enjoy a g&t in the evening
one bottle of water in the room for two people, the other bottle was part of the mini bar and only available if paid for which given we paid a little under 500 euro for two
no complimentary water no working mini bar or kettle in room charged 3

location. it was very clean. staff was friendly and they smiled! loved the room service option.
no room service despite that being advertised unless you want a microwave meal
liked the room service breakfast and also the communal breakfast where the variety of food was excellent
the gym could be better- small and dark in the basement.
the gym was fine, there was some equipment that didn't work and it gets a little hot, just fyi

in central bordeaux, nice old bordeaux building, clean, well equipped, good breakfast, competitive rates
no lift. wifi poor on top floor but better on the first floor. basic breakfast
