mall used for parking cars when there are no available lots for cars is not so close to the hotel a lot of noise

good location! good room with facilities. private parking available.
we arrived and our truck was too tall to fit in the parking so the owner got his vehicle and guided us to a safe and secure parking lot and then loaded

the kitchen has dishwasher and oven
very small thing- the pool was so cold!! otherwise great place!
one thing that i found surprising was that although the suite i booked included a full kitchen, there were no kitchen tools whatsoever (no pans, cutlery, plates, or glasses, etc)

the typica hotel - the sister hotel - has a great pool but it is not heated and santa rosa tends to be cooler
