pretty much every room had a balcony :) pools open early and open till 10

i literally got the kids back in the car after starting to take everything out and we needed to book a 2nd hotel

the staff was very helpful but really cannot comment on breakfast as we were only there for a short time

breakfast was great

room was the most expensive suite there and it smelled like mold- it was badd☹️the kitchen sponge was left from the last stay and it was disgusting

we also enjoy the heated pool

we took full advantage of the fitness facility, pool and, since we were traveling with kids, the laundry room

the studio suite was spacious, clean, and well equipped. breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

) but this time hotel was crowded with families and young kids using, so we didn't get to enjoy those amenities

we did not use the pool area but we did walk into the area, clean, tidy and well kept

could not locate the room service menu on the tv

not that family friendly, as 2 of the restaurants are on the casino floor, and kids are not allowed in

gym was dirty, no breakfast or dinning

we got room service for breakfast and they were very quick less than half hour.

i wish they had a hot tub in pool area

property was quiet, despite being full of families/kids

the kids meals came with a cookie for dessert when i asked the waitress to bring the kids desserts she

a special feature that we really liked was a complementary shuttle van service to and from the state park, which is several miles outside of town

from making someone's pet feel like a guest at the hotel (and allowing people with pets to actually travel/experience

rooms clean, bed comfy, breakfast delicious, close to casino.

fact that the pool was actually functional when i had booked at another hotel they let me check in and then said

the only thing that made me uncomfortable was there were so many kids occupying the pool that there was an older man waiting to get in and i wouldn’t have because of that scenario
