very clean and new. modern rooms, rain shower, pool clean with water fall. overall enjoyable.
the breakfast was not the very best but this is a small thing.

thing is the pool area at the back seems a bit neglected and could do with a few touch ups

place was filthy, the kitchen wasn't cleaned before we arrived
