friendly staff - spotless property with nice pool breakfast bar - highly recommend

kids bed was horrible

i made breakfast myself in a well equipped kitchen

balcony door doesn't lock, kitchen facilities like kettle and toaster can't reach the plug socket unless you put them on the

tommy and the bar staff are fab

this means there are not a lot of people at the pool, which is very relaxing

the piano bar staff wasn't that pleasant

adults only and access to the golf course

to the covid restrictions we missed out on the spa facilities this hotel offers, which was a little disappointing

we specially enjoyed the spa and the billiards room

restaurant could be set out a tad better as people queue around the salad bar so you are not able to get to what you

the 4 kids that were with us loved the place

breakfast was great, lots of selection

also the hotel have a small gym and a gaming room with few pool tables

clean pools with heated water

15 minute walk to siam water park

of the golf course, breakfast was really good, staff very friendly and helpful, maid service

staff were awesome also very helpful and great with kids

the resort itself is very clean and beautiful with a nice pool and gym

alejandro flores for this part in making our stay so wonderful, along with the guys at the bar who were extremely friendly to me and my family

there is a lovely family atmosphere at the pool and restaurant, no rowdiness whatsoever

the pool party on saturday was fabulous

good kids animation,the lady from animation team from italy vas the best

the pool was out of use and undergoing emergency

for size of the hotel the gym was tiny with no water machine

not able to take a morning coffee to the room, and snack bar was not a buffet

breakfast wasn’t the best but understandable for the amount they cater for

so friendly and smiling all day long beginning with maids to recepcionists and to staff in the kitchen

i loved the pool area,the food,the stafff were lovely.really made our holiday.the location

use the shower facilities of one of the apartments after checkout, since we spent our day at the pool waiting for our flight time

very modern inside, the poolside and pool bar was top tier - with great drinks on offer

however, we spent 2 partial days at the pool with kids and friends and is amazing

were really impressed with amarilla golf residents the staff are really lovely and helpful and are always there when you need them

i would highly recommend grand muthu golf plaza even for longer stays with family

the facilities are great, including the pool and gym

the wifi was too slow and poor. it was too silent ( there were no music next to the pool )

i personally chose to sunbathe, use the gym, and sit at one of the three bars where you could get all the drinks you wanted

they said it was beef but it was actually pork, another time they refused to give water as the bar was not officially open yet (these are not a biggie individually but it’s meant to be 5 stars

why not have tv in sitting area lighting poor in living room/kitchen overhead shower not working

very basic kitchen tired decor and fittings

also missing kitchen extractor and several essential utensils didn’t help either

huge balcony (normally such balcony could be for three hotel rooms), beautiful ocean views and a kitchen
