outdoor pool was not open .
the staff was excellent and did extra work like late check out. the view was excellent.
it is a beautiful place and the kids really enjoyed the water park
location was fantastic. kids loved the water park.
pool bar was good, friendly bartender and pool area was clean

there is no pool or spa
clean room halls and lobby. good breakfast. great, friendly staff.
room was clean. breakfast good. close to arnolds park and other activities. no complaints!
however why put out anything for breakfast as the muffins, etc are a joke
we appreciated the breakfast choices
