property has lots of room for kids to play, including swing set, room for running around, and a pond to catch frogs

beautifully renovated comfortable spacious rooms, a well laid out gym with high end equipment, outstanding farm to table restaurant

there over christmas week, and not on a weekend, we had the run of the house - the restaurant and bar areas were essentially a giant rec room for us and the few other guests

restaurant and bar are beautiful and away from the rooms but convenient enough to go from one to the other

we didn’t need to cook but the cabin had a kitchen area including a hot plate

the views outside were stunning with the morning sun of the mountains overlooking the golf course

stayed in cabin #9 and it was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 7 & 12)

was a lacrosse tournament the same time we were there with lots of noisy kids running around

like the location of the hotel, the amenities provided, like free parking, wifi, breakfast, guest laundry , cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very nice and accommodating

i also didn’t like that there was a flat sheet under the duvet instead of a duvet cover, and my kids ended up sleeping most of the time with the duvet only which is by no means hygienic

laundry room dryer was not working and when my son let the staff know at the desk, they told him

location was ideal, staff super friendly . rooftop bar was amazing

dessert and drinks in downstairs bar very good, as well as the service

the onsite caretaker was top notch, the basement rec room has lots to do on a rainy day and the kitchen is very well equipped

the facility has excellent free parking

underground covered parking is really appreciated in the snow belt

this is my only regret as the dining area and bar look charming

and sitting area upstairs were very nice but rest of property was empty and didn’t realise that bar and restaurant would be closed on tuesday which was disappointing as nowhere else nearby to go

the bar and restaurant are top notch - good array of beers on fraught, excellent cocktails, great wait

the location was on top of a very noisy restaurant/ bar with loud live music

apparently the bar is open wednesday - saturday or sunday but we were there on a tuesday and did not experience
