we don t like bbqs so didn t like the pool party.

breakfast was great, there was a variety to choose from

breakfast selection for everybody and other restaurants for the evenings

family friendly, great choice of food and daily variety, kids club personnel was really nice

the bar served branded drinks, not cheap rubbish

kids club disaster they activities don’t happen and all they do is having kids watch movies

are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking and peddle boating, and ken took us out on the hobiecat a couple of times, which

are perfect for little children cause it's a protected bay with no big waves buffet formula for breakfast lunch and dinner give you plenty of choices also for the little ones big and spacious

food was also hit or miss —one of the restaurants was not great so we just stopped going —the breakfast was however amazing

breakfast was great. overall the food was above average.

pool was a bonus

i also didn’t like that there was no disposal trash bin in the room or the kitchen i had to use the tiny trash bin in the bathroom, also the fridge in the kitchen didn’t

our room was huge with a little kitchenette

location was easy to get to and had several amenities in the area like restaurants, laundry and shops

room is extremely bare - in the photos there are flowers and what appears to be a full kitchen

the room was very spacious and comfortable; the pool was small but lovely; the view over the marina, whilst not the beachside tropical paradise one

one large group with noisy children dominated pool some afternoons

taints the rest of the well-kept hotel grounds and buildings; it would have been nice to have poolside service for drinks/snacks

room was very large and spacious, and had excellent facilities such as a big balcony and equipped kitchen, the decor was very very bland

at the hotel we were informed by the team at reception that the hotel decided to shutdown the kitchen for 4 out of the 6 days stay

the only spa option was massage - doesn't really work as a

people/staff are the absolute best - waitresses, bar staff, maids, reception staff - manager rosanna went out of her way when we were caught up in

arrived on time to the constant sound of builders working literally next to the spa using hammer drills and banging

i really enjoyed our stay. however, i was surprised that the pool was quite cold!

the wifi didn't work too well in the bedroom, but it was ok in the kitchen

wifi was not consistent, which was inconvenient for work

the wifi is very good included in the price of the room and he gave me a lift to the airport at the end

apartment was large, fitted with a/c refrigerator, tv and free wifi

location - away from the crowds and a great beach and bar (they share with the neighbouring property) (-) there are obviously big changes afoot at northshore with the installation of a large kitchen and bar (must reiterate that there was no disruption to us in terms of noise and/or mess) (+) the beach was perfect, and the bar and restaurant next door were great (+)accommodation is spacious and well located with a beach, bar and very nice restaurant just steps away (+) great to use the bar and restaurant next door too (+) opposite a great bar and restaurant only a few steps away

the room service and bar staff are very very slow!! prepare to wait for a long while

i ordered room service for breakfast which didn t arrive

the room service was a bit slow in my opinion we ordered an after 10 am and didn t receive it until

earlier than 12:00pm but that’s just my preference as i like a snack a little while after breakfast but not to close to lunch

also plenty of loungers round the lovely warm pool too

lovely swimming pool with chairs and umbrellas laid out but to be honest when you have got the caribbean just steps

boutique with a very friendly staffs and a step away from a quiet and kids friendly

there are laundry facilities onsite

had we been staying longer, the kitchen area would have been great

at one restaurant (lydia's), there are no elevators which i do not mind however for elders and kids it's not the

breakfast & dinner was always full of options
