customer service was top notch and the food (dinner and breakfast) was excellent

we we're putting our kids to bed and the noise from other rooms was so loud my oldest was scared from people shouting

regarding the swimming pool, to collect ticket at the hotel etc

suite had 2 bedrooms which was great each with their own tv great if you have kids

no sound-proofing between the rooms - we were thankful the family next door to us got their kids to sleep early and they were not especially early risers

the suites are a 2 min walk away from the pool and treacy hotel

noise on the first floor from the nightclub underneat if u have kids and it's the weekend make sure u don't stay on the first

kids had room to play and loved the single beds which we pushed together

portions for a 11 euro adult meal were worse than a kids pancake meal for 4 euro

lack of channels in room, only had 4 which would not suit us if we brought the kids

hotel with beautiful views over the town and waterfront from the bar and restaurant

would have been nice if the bar / restaurant had been more lively when we got back after the opera at nights
