the pool is incredible, the nicest hotel pool i have ever seen

beautiful, spotless and clean, bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and warm, we opted for room service for the breakfast, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel has a really relaxed vibe

there is a lime bike parking spot only 4 mins away which makes it a lot easier to get up and down to town and harbour

we brought food into the bar after 4pm as the kitchen had closes there was no issue with this

staff very welcoming , room very spacious and clean, waiting staff and bar staff extremely friendly, would recommend to friends and family

guests to pay for early check in

bar felt more like a restaurant than a bar, it's needs music and tvs to entice you to stay there

loved also the swimming pool for our toddlers the next day

food was great and again the staff were efficient at dinner and breakfast

leisure centre is quite dated, a number of the machines in gym were out of order

one minor downside was the gym, which could do with being a bit bigger
