wifi was down for the first 24 hours, and our cell phones (verizon) didn t work in or near the (+) wifi (-)the wifi worked intermittently. we had to appreciate that we were in the glacier area to unplug. (+) but, we had been only using our own laptops and iphones all trip, so all we needed was wifi - which the property provided (+) wifi needs some improvement (-)wifi was spotty. (-)plan on wifi, couldn t connect (-) the wifi was dismal and we were so disappointed and bored we checked out a day early losing a nights (-)high price, no air conditioning, wifi does not work, staff was rude and unhelpful.

the sofa sleeper was not comfortable so we were playing bed hoping with the kids

agging furniture, kids jumping off the bed, etc) the other part is the hotel remodel included engineered hardwood

king size bed was so comfortable and i loved that my two kids had the hideaway couch

we had a kitchen which was great for us to store plenty of water we needed for hiking

room was amazing: really spacious, very clean and had great amenities (nice big tv, extensive kitchen area with everything you need, modern bathroom, etc) the location was out of town but right

kids liked the gym and the outdoor garden with the fireplace

pool and hot tub were nice

there’s a $40 pet fee for the entire stay, so if you’re staying multiple nights that’s not a bad price

very clean, has very good breakfast, and a nice pool and hot tub

had a nice breakfast and the gym as a nice bonus.

friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, pool was a hit with the kids and the breakfast was above and beyond our expectations

she treated my children very well & accommodated use with a late check out w/o our request because she was made aware of my infant daughter

the photos in booking showed a small kitchen table along with the kitchenette-i specifically chose this room for this purpose

everything at the property was closed including gym

we had to leave early each day to get good parking at the national park and appreciated that breakfast started really early at 6 am

room was very clean and neat. hot tub and pool was relaxing.

the breakfasts were good, the kids loved the pancake maker & the staff was accommodating

nice sit-down restaurant at the casino across the street with excellent food

liked that the staff invited us to have breakfast but the booking co said it was not included in the price

took us 2 entire days to get clean towels because they “were all in the laundry

i asked for more and she scoffed at me and said she’d have to go to laundry and bring them to us later

priced, paying for breakfast, casino, bar lounge and dining facility was closed for the holiday and the night before

we did use the laundry facilities, which were clean and super easy to access and use
