the hotel very clean the gym super nice

also, katie running the bar at night was super short staffed

not ideal for families with small kids

staff was friendly, nice hotel for the price, and the kids loved the pool!

ample and easy parking, beautiful and relaxing lobby, easy internet access, pool and hot tub (refreshing and (+)the location, staff, free parking, and overall hotel room and facilities were great. (+)swimming pool nice rooms friendly staff parking good location (-)parking in front of the hotel was limited, so we had to park in the back. (+)the location, the parking and the staff was perfect for our purposes. (+) the was lots of handy parking (-)parking spaces are a bit narrow. one cannot walk between cars without rubbing against them. (+)thing we disliked was being awaken at 12:30 in the morning by someone in the back parking lot pressure washing what looked to be plastic pallets (-) no river view from the 4th floor river view side , just a parking lot and train tracks (+) ample parking for larger rigs in the lower or back area of the hotel

the pool!! is indoor, outdoor, and open until 12am!!

we don't eat breakfast the hotel was easy to find

there were some children in the pool area not being attended to by their parents but that has nothing to do with the hotel

but they do have snacks and kitchen plates/tools for sale as the room contains a kitchen similar to a residence inn

the kitchenette would be a great amenity if we had stayed longer

to ask front desk for pots, pans and plates and kitchen ware and only got 1 plate, 1 fork 1 bowl, should be min of

loved the reclining chair in the room, the bathroom soaps and amenities were great and the kitchenette was super handy, love the large fridge i also appreciated the complimentary hot drinks
