parking lot maintenance during storm what a challenge

photo showed bunk bed but there wasnt one. kitchenette need just a couple more items.

we stayed in room 15 which had a large couch/living room, futon, fireplace, full kitchen and dining table

location, kitchen, hot water

unit is very spacious with adequate supplies of kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies

breakfast was a bright room with a good selection

pool and hot tub was great

staff was just awesome, both at the front desk and at breakfast in the morning

outdoor space with nature, hiking trail, a playground for kids

staff was great and friendly. breakfast was very good. kids loved making waffles.

the bar and restaurant facilities.

this hotel because they had a pool and hit tub

lounge bar area is poor

comfort, room for toiletries in bathroom, indoor pool and hot tub, nearness of pool area to elevator, computers downstairs

5 hours that morning & requested early check in

nice gym and new equipment

warm water in the pool and jacuzzi.

room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly

the bartender was nice

we are still paying the same price to stay but yet didn’t have access to the pool or gym

was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, i did not use the pool or gym but it was great knowing they have them available, i would give this hotel 5 stars

the pool area was hot and stuffy and the breakfast was not complementary.

i just wish families would be booked first level so kids running around wouldnt be heard by second floor

also they were able to accommodate our early check in request

the rooms are very relaxing. love they have a kitchen area

i had double beds which was my preferred option with 2 kids

weren't informed that pool hours have changed.

breakfast was excellent and lots of variety: eggs, proteins, cereals, milks of all types, yogurt,

wifi was super slow and finicky

kitchenette had an led light under the range that we couldn't figure out how to turn off.

the hotel was clean and the gym was nice

in the kitchenette, the only pan available to make hot water or heat up something had pealing teflon - not

very clean, digital safe in dresser, breakfast hours m-f end at 9:30am, later on weekends

a nice perk to have a kitchenette in the room

parking, staff, clean, room, bed, breakfast, elevators

clean comfortable rooms. very nice gym facility.

rooms were big , very comfortable beds, nice bathroom , small gym but good new equipment, guest laundry , free breakfast and coffee and tea 24/7

staff was great. nice gym.

from the great breakfast area in the lobby,i would like some other kind of eatery
