(+)location, hotel does have a pool,and outdoor fire pit for relaxing. and the staff is amazing. (-)the pool was a bit unclean and needs maintained better (+) the pool was nice except maybe too much clhorine it was like salt water (+) their pool was working and they are serving breakfast again (+)liked the fact that there was a starbucks in the lobby.also liked the pool. (+) pool and exercise room were nice amenities (-)issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it (+)friendly staff 1st floor close to pool and office was very nice and kid friendly

hotel is nice and clean and typically quiet but there are definitely times when there are kids are running around

the swimming pool was down because of the virus

my grandson said the pool was dirty

are no hot tubs in any of the rooms but the staff was wonderful they let us have access to the pool and hot tub at all times and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed

the also have a bar at night and a restaurant u can have breakfast or dinner

room was extremely nice the bed was comfortable, tv was cool, it was close to the elevator and laundry room and i loved the lobby it was extremely nice

their cleaning crew wheeled in a cart full of used laundry and left it in the public area where people were checking in
