the hall ways where your room was, and out the doors in the front by the entrance and also by the pool doors

only issue we had was that the pool was down for maintenance

i noticed a few bugs in the pool area

the customer service, hot breakfast, and the indoor pool

could always use more towels at the pool.

we enjoyed the fact that it was at the end of the hall and it had a spa bathtub

the only problem i had when i was using the on-site laundry room was the laundry detergent machine was empty

the other amenities (pool/fitness room) were amazing & we took advantage of both

the fitness center even had a

beautiful, large, clean rooms. kitchen and living rooms were nice surprises.

down shade bed perfect adjustable pillows nice kitchen: fridge, dishes style, induction hot plate shower: hot, shower sprayer, plenty of towels

amazing staff at the check in counter, absolutely loved the gentleman in charge of breakfast.

the floor was sticky around the kitchen table

pool was not able to be warmed up some, that would have been nice to keep the kids occupied

no point were we informed that the kitchen supplies that are normally included were no longer provided, no dishes, flatware etc

some and bring them, she brought two wash cloths and two hand towels and said she had to wait for laundry to get finished before bringing us some

the desk clerk offered to wash any she found in the laundry, but found none

desk staff was welcoming, nice selection for breakfast and the room was spotless

went into the free breakfast first thing and there was no coffee

it was quiet and comfortable. the room was clean. breakfast was hot and delicious.

we did not eat breakfast but the front desk person gave us a tour of what was available when we checked in and it

they could not serve breakfast due to covid 19

the breakfast was good and the gym and pool area were nice

was very grateful to the hotel for offering me a late check out for a very reasonable fee, which allowed me the opportunity to rest and have a place

even made sure he asked me what time i would leave in morning so he would insure a breakfast is there
