spa tub in room!

it didnt have a pool and it was flies in my room. the spa tub was dusty.

spa tub stopper was broke so had to get one to enjoy the tub which was the big reason for booking

no complimentary breakfast.

the parking fee, but it's reasonable as parking is at a premium here.

clean, friendly staff, food was great for our included breakfast

loved the pool and rooms were clean.

the pool area and designated smoking area had tons of cigarette butts on the ground

the smoking by the pool didn t like it

we arrived early just yo make sure we were good and they offered early check in

front desk was very helpful in getting us a room for an early check in due to being in town for and early morning funeral, which allows us time and space

i didn't eat any breakfast but i was told that the food was excellent.

the pool needed to be cleaned. it had a lot of bugs and debris floating in it.

didn’t like when some of the kids peed in the pool in my face, starting to swell up because of all the chlorine and pee mixed together

guest staying there had a group of kids who kept running back and forth being loud and bouncing a ball on my door

toilet seat had staining on the inside and outside my kids were laying on one bed and had bike marks and rashes left on their bodies after the motel

breakfast was not hot oatmeal was terrible

suggest that they eliminate the $20 pet fee per night.

best western plus they have exceptional service as well as great rooms, clean, roomier, and great breakfast which is included

key and the key is required to get back inside the building from the pool, and to get inside the gym, it was very inconvenient
