comfortable beds, coffee making facility in room (tea more tricky but very helpful kitchen staff provided a kettle), free and easy parking (-) service was wonderful but the food wasn t great and the kitchen was slow (-) excessive high prices on offerings they obviously lack kitchen staff to prepare (-) in the room suring the night it smells like in kitchen, due to vents (-)including desk, nightstand, kitchen or bath (-) unfortunately the restaurant was closed for our second morning due to a back-of-house / kitchen issue, so we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel again (the breakfast the first morning (-) such a shame that the hotel accepts such poor performance from the kitchen (-) breakfast had to be cancelled because something in the kitchen was broken

the provided an extra bed for my family as we have 2 adults and 3 kids. appreciate that a lot.

in the bar there is free coffee, tea (all kinds even vegan) and water 24/7

and helpful, in-hotel restaurant was a definite plus (and the food was surprisingly good), pool area was incredibly nice

inside bar for food and cocktails and beers (local) if you are looking for a 5* hotel this is not for you

unfortunately , the pool was under repair....we of course were not able to use it.
