i ordered room service for breakfast (i m coeliac so i nervously only ordered toast) such a friendly waiter (-)didn't like the extra cost for the room service as we were charged per meal per peson yet it was a family room (-)there was a mix up with room service (-)room service breakfast extremely poor quality, coffee in sachets with a pot of boiling water and no (-)room service menu could be better (-)the room service for food was expensive than i calculated (-) i didn't like the 5 pp room service charge (-)wasn t that great there was no welcome pack or brochures explaining for example if there was room service or amenities etc

there was no room service so you couldn't eat after half 9 in the hotel...

can't think of anything wrong, bar the fact guests next door were in and out chatting till all hours, but that is not the hotels

loved the gym and fitness area. entire staff was phenomenal and helpful.
