night, the hotel and room in general needed refreshing, lots of scuffs and scratches on the wall, wifi was slow,

and went out of their way to make it a great experience for us even giving us complimentary late check out for all our guest

place to explore and the hotel is about a 20 minute drive, there is a park and ride option as parking in the city centre is very expensive

were all very helpful and friendly, and accommodated some specific and unusual requests from the kids professionally and with good humour

the attached restaurant / breakfast is very good and accommodates for a range of dietary requirements

rooms were very hot even with a window open, but all room facilities were excellent, as was the breakfast

were nice and had everything that you would need, the restaurant and bar were fantastic and breakfast was amazing

i can really say is, that my total time spent their was most enjoyable, from the bar staff to the waiter who served breakfast, room was fantastic and clean, bed was really comfy

once the staff had finished and i was the last one propping the bar up some of the chefs stayed and we had a great chat and good laugh

the location was great, just off the high street and parking was secure and private to the property which was important to us

the size of the apartment, kitchen was well equipped if we needed it
