hotel is very well maintained, the staff very pleasant and even the breakfast exceeded expectations

more selection for breakfast

breakfast was even prepared for you and wrapped to take with you for cleanliness

pool was closed due to covid, understanding not the hotels fault

pool and exercise room was open and the real breakfast

laundry room could have been cleaner

will be glad when things return to normal and your standard breakfast is available once again

there is a pool and exercise room as well

kids running up and down the hall slamming doors all night! no robes to walk down to the pool..

free breakfast is always nice, and the later check out time and ease of check in was much appreciated

the pool and hot tub were fun for the kids and it was a clean area

it was very clean, quiet & in a central location. also, laundry is available.

there was a full kitchen with some dishes, so that would’ve been handy if i needed to use for a longer stay

laundry machines in the hallway are easy to access and easy to use

as i stayed for 11 nights, it was nice to have free laundry facilities on site

kitchen..more facilities should be included

the fitness facility is very well equipped

beautifully designed, you can go for a walk in the evening and when the weather is good the kids can enjoy the ‘splash pad’ out front

building, great location, nice staff, free parking behind hotel, great view of lake superior from our room, onsite restaurant

and it was kind of dark, 2 security guards and some local 'kids' were up to no good in the parking lot

plus, room service was available right to your room door amidst the covid-19 issue

hot tub wasn't working and pool was cold.

seen a few bugs in my room.. yuck! parking was hard didn't realize there was more parking ..
