we needed a pool for physical therapy and you had one

extended indoor pool and gym hours

the friendliness of the staff made the stay perfect! especially during breakfast.

breakfast staff were slow and did not allow 2nd helpings.

to the fire it was just super it was a nice excellent getaway for the whole family i mean if the kids didn’t wanna play basketball the other ones could enjoy the pool the older kids could hang

main thing, however, was i expected to use the outdoor pool and it turned out that it was out of service

drove over 5 hours and were told the pool was closed

noticed the back gate by the pool was always open and the back door to the pool area was sometimes propped open

biggest disappointment was the pool

pool was closed indefinitely, but this was not advertised when booking

we were also offered use of the pool but we decided not to take them up on the offer

breakfast, hot and fresh the kitchen attendant was an absolute joy to talk with

hotel employee serving and attending to the breakfast area was super sweet and attentive to your needs, cleaning tables and food areas

pet fee was a little exorbitant

they charge a non refundable pet fee that is not mentioned anywhere except in their lobby

they do charge a pet fee about $15 for two nights

was 5 bars of wifi closer to the office but none towards the back rooms where i was placed

friendly staff, breakfast, clean room, handy for one night stop passing through the area

they offered a front spot for veteran parking.

housekeeping needs more training , the room i stayed in was very nasty , the parking lot had trash everywhere the hallway was gross

breakfast was as expected and ready on time

needed more choice on breakfast bar.
