no laundry facilities

ice machine/laundry room was not clean

facility has laundry room

our room was advertised as a kitchen unit

i like that it had 3 separate bedrooms and a small kitchen

i liked the bed comfort and kitchen, could have used a toaster, and oven in it and updated cook stove

door key was very difficult to use the kitchen light did not work

the price and location, had a well stocked kitchen for items to use. it was clean and remodeled

the pool facilities were really nice with a view

breakfast next door in the restaurant meant a better breakfast than most hotels offer

us for more than two months and this is the best place we have stayed: nice big room, great pool and excellent breakfast at the restaurant next door

the spa being out of service

convenient to do laundry (takes credit card), had take out one night on the deck overlooking the gorge

setting , the restaurant food was good and the staff friendly but it and the bar had a weird vibe

key card stopped working a couple times, difficult to connect with the spa over the phone.

no spa music in the pool area.

the front desk(heather, jade), cafe (maya), and bar (william) staff were wonderful

fortunate to find a handicapped parking space near my room

a few more other amenities, such as a basic kitchenette, some outdoor cooking facilities and a fireplace wouldn’t be nice

well priced casual spa with public soaking tubs and private tubs in hotel rooms

ice makers were abundant (3), some large stains marred our carpet, kids not allowed to use the pool (that wasn’t made clear before we arrived)

we needed to travel to the next town to eat, it was at first inconvenient but we found an active bar and then had a great breakfast at big g's
