the room to be extended for just a little after two because we had a 17hour drive back with kids and i was charged for a whole day when i ended up checking out at 7pm and no accommodations

add one more waffle iron to keep down congestion and wait times during breakfast!!!

elevator was down, there was also gym equipment that wasn't working properly

we were the only guests (because it was christmas day), so they had not made hot breakfast but offered to make it special just for us
