com it said breakfast was included and that was a major exaggeration

when we booked this place it said includes breakfast

also would have been nice if a hot breakfast could have been made available in the mornings (even if it were to be during just a 2

the breakfast was very nice with plenty fruit and cereal coffeee was very good

the spa package is a great deal, with or without getting any extra treatments, and the convenience of

free breakfast nice pool

my only grievance is that the spa access was not included in the price of the room

cleanliness, helpful staff, pool/hot tub at the stratton falls location, funky decor, room

not much for breakfast.

the lay out and style including the breakfast and milk in the fridge

location is great for golf and ski resort and nice small towns near by

bathroom was a little dated, and breakfast was not good but it was also complementary!

room was fine, there was a tree with gorgeous leaves outside the door near the pool

continental breakfast was really a cup of coffee, oj, and muffin to go kind of set up and theres a denny’s in

the staff was nice,how breakfast was enjoyable,rooms were clean and updated.

the complimentary breakfast left something, in fact a lot to be desired

breakfast was not great. exterior is not nearly as nice as interior.

could of had a better breakfast display.

the bar area was awesome with a free pool table

the hosts were gracious, and the onsite bar was a lot of fun

bigger than expected, and owners are very friendly and welcoming, will stay again, there's a bar downstairs which had a great atmosphere, buffet for dinner was delicious as well

they have a cozy bar to relax at night and the breakfast was delicious

bar in the inn itself and a lovely porch to

group of kids out back very loud well into the night

pool was cold. but kids liked it.

kids like the pool, and it is fine, but run-down

, beds too small too many springs : maybe too close to college : heard a lot of screaming kids after 11 pm, showers way

the only thing i would suggest is maybe making sure the pool area was a little cleaneer than it was

great staff, great breakfast (with options!), clean and an awesome value. highly recommended!

breakfast was great we stayed there on 2 different weeks and we never got the same items twice

had a gym but unfortunately, it was tiny

pool and sauna area so well maintained

rooms are clean and well tended to including the bathroom, in addition i liked use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym and business center which had a pc for my use

the kitchen and bathroom were very clean

were top notch … the bar downstairs , pool table , games , food , pool and grab and go free breakfast

kitchen had plenty of cups, pots, pans and huge fridge

very comfy and survive is nice! have to go their bar too!
