free wifi - though reception not so good in my room

parking gravel, food was low quality

best part of this stay was the easy access from the main road and the easy parking

no wifi in the room.

internet was a little problem

location is very convenient, right off the tell-tale highway, and parking in front of the door is easy

the noise from building a swimming pool

wifi did not work, blankets were thin, breakfast was free but very simple.

wifi signal was weak, bed was hard.

a pool on site, didn't no u could have fires there but u could, that's awesome, lots of space to hang

the pool, washrooms, and property was well maintained

it's like being away at a little resort with the private beach and heated pool that's been recently renovated

the campus included a swimming pool, horseshoes, boats, a beach and beautiful lawns, trees, and shrubs

family members rented a gorgeous 3 bedroom house with heat, a fireplace, full kitchen, all linens and towels for less than we paid to rent this place

our particular cottage, we didn't have a functioning light in the kitchen area

the cottage was spotless, the kitchen, tidy and well equipped

for my husband and i to get away from work and home life to just melt our worries away in the spa tub and get a good night's rest

accomadated our need for an early check in

we were in the area for a wedding and the owner allowed us to have an early check in.

the spa bath was amazing

to covid gym and swimming pool were inaccessible, however i liked the hotel and recommend staying here and

from the hotel windows of the owen sound harbour are great - the staff is friendly and although breakfast is not included in the hotel rate, it is a reasonable price for an excellent

hotel was right on the water with nice views, walking paths and ample parking

was little room service available with the decreased staff, but on the other hand it was easy to pick up

the breakfast was nothing special, and no pool

would like to see more variety at the continental breakfast

i felt like i was going to school and that was my snack bag, which i would never pack for my kids

your breakfast area is occasionally overwhelmed with full occupancy. a bit small

kids were hungry for so many hours

desk staff were very professional, friendly and helpful buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations

gym is in a very poor condition.

the only staff i saw were young kids

when we arrived there were kids screaming everywhere

it jumped to 4 $400 range if we added our kids, so we dropped them off at their uncle's for the night

large tv was good for the kids

we didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting by far the best of the 12 hotels we have stayed in on road trip

rooms were big and spacious. swimming pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing
