jack s bar was cosy although we didn t have a drink there

wifi was not great and kept dropping out when in rooms but worked better in dinning/lounge area on

location food room distance from airport, parking space for disabled, nothing to much trouble for the

car parking closer than 400 to 600 yards which had to be vacated by 0930

clean, lovely front desk staff, very responsive when messaging before stay, room service was exceptionally quick and tasty

enjoyed the flexibility of room service

no room service menu in the room and cleaning has room for improvement

meals in the bar at night has a good choice very tasty & again staff always helpful

room service is on request so you don t have to worry about that unless you want anything

stay was only supposed to last 2 days but i was there a week they also have facilities for laundry

swimming pool was a bonus

prime location with a straight road to town and parking straight outside

wifi did suffer but i was assured this wasn't the norm

the rear parking was a bit tight ,when other drivers covered part of the drive through, and the green doors

the staff are so friendly and always obliging. close to town and hotel parking available.

breakfast was lovely, as were the meals in the bar area

wifi was patchy.

a shame there isn't more parking, although i appreciate there are restrictions due to location

main bar was open to the public which meant that it could get a little noisy at times but hotel guests

we stayed for 3 evenings and were the last to leave the bar each evening - we never felt unwelcome and the staff were brilliant
