kids had difficulty doing their online schoolwork as the signal would fade and screens would freeze

snacks and breakfast provided were much appreciated especially by my kids

the host provided breakfast items that made me feel welcome

love the breakfast they have quite a few things to choose from, the waffles are my favorite, i've stayed

and dryers, the dryers were full, the washers didn’t get them clean & the temperature in the laundry room was so high i couldn’t sit in it, so i sat by the business center & the temp was

rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the hotel had a pool, jacuzzi and gym

a king room; upon arrival found out that they have converted to all queen rooms plus kitchenette

would of liked better lighting in parking, usually parked toward front of the building to feel more secure

the pool looked fun though we didn't use it

there were also people sitting in the parking lot, in front of all the room windows, who i don't believe were hotel guests

there were no extra blankets or pillows and no plastic laundry bags

nice place, friendly staff, breakfast is available which is always a nice feature specially when traveling

lastly, they do advertise a gym facility and pool

the buffet breakfast was ok

tub was out of service when we were there and the kids really wanted to get in because the pool was cold

front desk and bar staff were awesome

the driver of the shuttle was great too

they needed one be more person to do room service

there is a bar and restaurant and every kind of snack and drink can be bought at the front desk

wish the back patio bar would be open

would have been nice to know that the spa and hot tub were under construction

but that kind of goes away when considering the price of the local laundry mat and the lost of vacation time
