we had to clean the pool the gym was broken down and very cheep

went to the gym room at 6h30am, there were dirty towels on the floor, room was not tidy and it had a funny

spa tub was very comfortable.

the spa bath was beyond compare.

the spa tub was out of this world. definitely worth the extra money spent on the room.

soaker bathtub spa was perfect after a long day shopping in ottawa

we rented the room with the spa and there was plenty of hot water

very comfortable, great wifi, and awesome value

pillows hard mattress ok wifi cut in and out

huge issue (and entirely out of the property's control), but it did make entering and exiting the parking lot a bit of a challenge at times (+)property was fresh, clean, and tidy with plenty of parking and easy access to a highway. (+)extremely well taken care off. freshly paved parking lot. (-)no breakfast, limited parking (i was in a tractor trailer) (+)it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. even the parking area was immaculate. (-)construction in the parking lot (+)friendly staff and attention to parking areas and entrances after snow/ice storm (+)parking right in front of your own door (+)clean, good check-in, good parking.

room service was excellent and the staff was very friendly

the wifi was slow at first night but was quickly fixed and worked excellent after that

parking is a little tight but manageable

the access to the room is from the parking lot which makes it feel unsafe

we made use of the wifi while at the motel this time

the parking area needs to be shoveled
