location and price. the breakfast had several nice choices. my room was clean.
wifes daughter and grand kids who lived about 45 minutes away from ottawa
was out of order and this is a big reason we stay at this hotel with kids
location, solid construction (very quiet room), daily room service

enjoyed how friendly the staff was and the accessibility and access to the rooms from the parking lot
i didn't get down in time for breakfast, so i can't say what it was like
semi truck parking, clean, quiet
there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot and all rooms were ready for guests

very clean and staff was very friendly; breakfast was good as well
protein options at breakfast. noon check out. we were exhausted.
pool was very cold and needed cleaning, had bugs floating everywhere and dead bugs and dirt
only thing i didn’t care fr was the hot breakfast dishes were not in heated service trays.
friendly staff, new and very nice equipment throughout the hotel and my kids enjoyed the pool

the spa tub
i didn t use the outdoor pool but the area looked clean and the water was clear
all the employees hanging out, kids behind the counter. seemed unprofessional.

we liked the pool but no hot tub and that was kind of a bummer
breakfast was the best we have had in our travels during covid
