machine in laundryroom can't accept a bank card at the front desk for quarters no jacuzzi by the pool

everything at breakfast was burnt. but beyond breakfast it was wonderful
friendly staff, new and very nice equipment throughout the hotel and my kids enjoyed the pool
only thing i didn’t care fr was the hot breakfast dishes were not in heated service trays.

the breakfast was really good! we could make our own waffles :) also liked the pool.

also had a big room which was great for the kids
was out of order and this is a big reason we stay at this hotel with kids
wifes daughter and grand kids who lived about 45 minutes away from ottawa
allowed kids in tub with float toys
great breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. met our request for a ground level room.
