beds, swimming pool and jacuzzi we’re just what we needed after a long day of driving

staff & breakfast choices

the free breakfast was amazing

missed the hot breakfast but i suppose necessary considering the corona-virus.

even hotel breakfast (regular stuff), ran sharply, cleaned and restocked continuously

swim pool and hot tub - first rate, very clean

our hotel conductor! she was incredible!love, love, love the breakfast, pool. & hottub.

had the pool open later. it closed at 9:00 and that was too early.

the toilet seat was loose and the on-site, 3rd-party operated guest laundry washer and dryer were made difficult because they operated by qr code only and would not

had a nice breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor pool was nice with a bbq grill and patio area separate from the pool

the outdoor space by the pool the pergola and the gazebo also the staff was really nice the check in guy as well as the

outdoor swimming pool was not open, but the fitness center was nice

arrived early and tried to check in but our room was not ready yet, so they gave us an upgrade to a suite

breakfast was great had a variety to choose from

breakfast,poor little lady had to keep refilling biscuits and eggs

pool had an odd smell that was hard to get out of clothes or hair.

just the selection of breakfast food items were limited.

the swimming pool was kinda small to swim in and i didn’t bother swimming because i almost slipped and fell

thought the pet fee per night counter acted the good rate

was (except for laundry lady and one housekeeper) were very rude

pet friendly,, they also have smoking rooms if neeeded,,they also didn't smell like smoke, laundry facility, yeah

that it was clean, hassle free and quiet even though i was close to the pool.

there was no hairdryer, no laundry bag, and 1 little soap

3 towels in the room go down to get and extra towel only to get told they have no access to the laundry room so we didn't get the extra towel 3 towels for 4 people how great

then the breakfast not being made but they made up with it for sack breakfast which was pretty cool

suppose to stay 2 days but due to the heater not working i did not stay 2nd day i was with my 3 kids and it was freezing and all they gave was a space heater instead of a room with a working

the staff treated us and the kids very well

room was crawling with cockroaches, the adults were fighting and arguing, and kids were running back and forth on the balcony

the pool was closed one day of our stay.

bed was comfy, had extra sitting room with tv which was great for the kids

the room did not have a fully stocked kitchen

we were able to enjoy their heated outdoor/indoor pool (connected as one) and an outdoor spa that was nice and hot in the winter air

the hot breakfast was nice and the woman working it was excellent!!

wall paper peeling, kitchen table needs replacing, need bulb in fridge, front door lock needs replacement, bedroom
